Grévin Museum comes to Montréal
Meet Céline Dion and René Angelil -- maybe not in the flesh, but in astonishing likeness -- at the new Grévin Museum, which opened its doors on April 19, 2013. An offshoot of Paris' popular wax museum, Montréal's Grévin used the talents of companies like Moment Factory to create interactive rooms and stunning visuals.

The Mariners' House: Pointe-à-Callière Museum
Opened on the occasion of the PàC's 20th anniversary, the new Mariners' House at Place D'Youville, dedicated to history and archaeology, features exhibitions, lectures and special activities. The new pavilion is also the home to Archaeo-Space, a simulated archaeological dig designed for kids and families.

VINTAGE -- the new show by Gregory Charles
The unstoppable stage man and his band rock another all-request repertoire of genre-spanning songs with VINTAGE, premiering in the Old Port on May 29. Québec's undisputed cover king keeps tempo with the times: fans can make their music requests online when they purchase tickets. Charles also had a custom-made theater-to-go built for his show that he packs up and takes with him!

The Museum of Costume and Textile of Québec
The MCTQ is setting up shop in the silver-domed Bonsecours Market, giving fashion mavens the chance to feast on Québec's costume and textile heritage -- past, present and future. With Tapis Rouge: Fashion at the Museum, until October 6, 2013 visitors can admire signature pieces from collections by fashion's great names (Thierry Mugler, Arnold Scassi, Christian Dior and more) as well as prominent Montréal designers.
